Great location and accessibility to everything you may need during the Orlando trip
>> Very clean room and grounds, quiet, quaint, good price, good location. >> I recently stayed here and was very impressed by how clean everything was. My room had no odors and nothing was broken. I saw NO bugs inside my room during my stay. The owner closely monitors the property - which is why I believe it maintains its quaint, safe appearance (which was also my impression after I checked-out). It is located in an area of Kissimmee that has easy access to Disney (but not close enough to get all the terrible traffic), other theme parks, and many attractions such as Old Town and Medieval Times. There are multiple small restaurants and smaller chain stores (with groceries and any necessities) within walking distance. The pool is large with crystal clear water and a deck for tanning. They offer nightly and weekly rates. I stayed for two weeks so I really got to know the hotel and surrounding area. If you want a safe, clean, comfortable place to sleep but don't want to overpay, check this place out!
Room was clean Shower was hot Cable TV/wifi/microwave/fridge in room Ac acted funny but that's my only complaint Quiet and affordable place to rest your head AND there's a payphone to show your kids what we did before cellphones...no it doesn't work Yes I tried
The owner of this hotel and is a Great Person! The price are good and you not need a pay deposit like the others !! This hotel is very clean
